How are your products made?
We use direct-to-garment printing for vibrant, long-lasting designs.
Why is there a scent or discoloration?
You might notice a light vinegar-like scent or faint off-white residue. This is totally normal with water-based inks and disappears after the first wash.

What if I miss the standard shipping deadline?
If you miss the cutoff, you can still order! It just won’t be guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. Items may still arrive after the holiday depending on the method.

My order is missing! What do I do?

Can I cancel my order?
Yes—within 12 hours of placing it. After that, products are already in production and cannot be refunded.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 1 business day. Funds appear in 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
Can I change an order after it’s submitted?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t gone into production. Email us ASAP at contact@teathreads.com.
Got a misprint, damage, or defect?
Email us with photos within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll replace it or refund you.
What about incorrect sizes?
You can return the item (unworn/unwashed) and place a new order for the correct size. Return costs are your responsibility.
